Our Concept

The concept behind the Ducks Everywhere is simple:  Instead of spending thousands of dollars to hunt one blind all year, everyone pools their resources to have a clubhouse and hunt a variety of different spots that include timber, sloughs, and fields.  This provides the obvious advantage of being able to hunt where the ducks are on any given day, all for roughly the same price as a slot in one rice field on a traditional lease. This ability to hunt where the ducks are and to rest other locations is hard to beat at any price – especially ours!

Privileges

As a member, you become “one of the guys”.  We guarantee you a place to hunt and room for a guest.  It’s that simple!  A quick call to Brent or Richie to let them know where you’re planning to hunt will confirm that the blind is available, what the ducks are doing, and whether or not decoys are already out (they usually are).

The only caveat to the membership (and, truthfully, why it’s so affordable) is that Brent and Richie get first choice on blind choice when they’re guiding.  Guided hunts are only conducted by Brent and Richie, and they generally account for only a few days of the season.  They will not book more than one guided hunt or day lease on any given day and will not guide or day lease the first and last weekends of the season. If Brent and Richie aren’t guiding, you’re always welcome to hunt with them.  This system has been in place for a few years now and has never presented any problem for club members.  The truth of the matter is that we only lease blinds that we personally know to be proven excellent and it’s generally anyone’s guess which one to go to on any given day.  Generally, we either have ducks in the area and all of our spots are hot, or we don’t and your odds are about as good in one of our blinds as they are in another.  We just can’t put it anymore honestly than that!

Limited Number

The number of Memberships are limited to twelve.  The number of members we allow is directly related to the number spots we have available to hunt.  In theory, we only allow enough members so that everyone has a place to hunt, even if every member showed up with a guest on the same day (as if that has ever happened). In practice, however, this formula allows us to give each of our field plenty of rest since members have never actually brought that many guests at one time. Generally speaking, our holes are typically hunted no more than twice a week. In addition to our regular holes, we have many more fields and locations where we have permission to hunt, either with portable blinds or using natural cover.  Those spots aren’t even considered when determining our how many memberships we can have.

Lodging

New in 2007, Ducks Everywhere has a lodge on 40 wooded acres just 10 minutes from Jonesboro on Crowleys Ridge. The lodge has sleeping quarters for all the clubs members and their guests, a 40 x 40 shop for equipment, and is complete with game mounts, a pool table, large dining area, loft, and all the amenities.

Guests

Each member gets ten guest passes to use anytime other than the opening weekend, which is reserved for members only. You may use one of your guest passes anytime and you may use additional passes on the same day for each member that does not have a guest. No one guest may utilize more than four guest passes (exceptions are members children/grandchildren under age 16) and guests may stay at the clubhouse provided a bed is available.

Equipment

Membership entitles you to use of Brent and Richie’s Boats, Argo Avenger, ATV, trailers, decoys, and other equipment anytime the equipment is available. With that in mind, members are expected to provide any equipment they have available to other members for use when it is available as well. While it is not required, all members are strongly encouraged to provide additional decoys for club use throughout the season. If it is at all possible, members are expected to participate in work days before and after season.

The Details

Membership invitations are extended only to those hunters with whom we believe we’d really enjoy hunting with day in and day out. The membership fee is non-refundable and due in advance. Members invited back for the following season must submit a 50% non-refundable deposit upon request.

Membership does not give with it any ownership interest in Ducks Everywhere.  It just gives you permission to hunt with us for the season.  With that goes the privilege and responsibility to act responsibly and treat all that is ours as if it were your own.  In the event you do not do so, your membership will be revoked and a pro-rated refund may be given for the remainder of the duck season.

 All members, guests, and guided hunters that hunt or stay with Ducks Everywhere, its members, Brent Bryant or Richie Foster expressly agree to hold harmless the aforementioned parties from any liability for any accidents, damage, or harm to any property or person.
