Application for Membership

Below is the information we would like to know before speaking with you about your interest in Ducks Everywhere. We are just looking for the type of information you would normally share with other club members in the blind. As you will notice, some of the information is immediately pertinent for our consideration, while some of the information is for the confidential membership bios if you ultimately join the club. The information you provide may be shared with other members of the club for their consideration, but it will not be shared with anyone else. You are not required to complete all of the fields, but the more information you provide, the better we can target any specific areas that may be to your benefit for us to discuss further. We will update all applicants on any openings that may be available in the Spring.

You are welcome to contact us earlier for a brief visit on the phone or to arrange a visit to our lodge to meet us during duck season, but we do ask that you review our entire website and submit an application prior to doing so. We look forward to hearing from you!

Do you take initiative to do whatever cleaning and work needs to be done around your house, or do you expect your wife to take care of you? (Hint: Your wife is not a member of this club.)
